For Menicon PremiO Toric lenses:
it is inportant to place the lens with the 6 pack on top and the guide mark down.

With the finger and thumb of your other hand, simultaneously pull up on your upper eyelid and down on your lower eyelid.

Position the lens on your eye while looking upward or forward.

If you cannot insert your lens in the middle of your eye, insert it a little to the side.

Then roll your eyes and blink, it will adjust itself.
